This application calculates percentiles ofweight, height (0-20 y), and head circumference (0-36 mo) based onUnited States Centers for Disease Control (CDC) tables. I developedthis for looking up percentiles when performing clinical historytaking on pediatric patients younger than 20-years-old. I will addmore features with future updates, such as weight-for-stature andbmi-for-age percentiles, and weight-age and height-age, verysoon.
